Florida Nature Walk - Volume 1 - Video

Take a 60 minute Nature Virtual Walk through a typical Florida hammock, a term used in the southeastern United States for stands of trees, usually hardwood, that form an ecological island in a contrasting ecosystem. Hammocks grow on elevated areas, often just a few inches high, surrounded by wetlands that are too wet to support them. Walking at approximately 3 miles per hour, you'll enjoy the lush green plant life that abounds in this old growth forest and the further you go, the more beautiful the scenery becomes. This is the "real" Florida, an area visited by few tourists. Later, your walk takes you on an elevated boardwalk and into a Cypress swamp where the camera stops briefly from time to time to allow you to enjoy the amazing views. The last segment of your Florida Nature walk takes you to another Cypress swamp where small Resurrection ferns are growing everywhere.

A Review of this video from our AMAZON.COM Store:

""5.0 out of 5 stars - Great Virtual Walking Video - By S. Hansen - Verified Purchase - This was the first walking video I purchased and it is wonderful. I had just gotten back from Florida and saw this so bought it right away. I can't walk outside so I use these videos to step walk in front of the TV or ride my exercise bike. When step walking I also use arm exercises to increase my heart rate. These are great. I wish someone had come out with these years ago. Can't wait to add more to my collection.""
